How do I claim my cashback?

a) during the Purchase Period, purchase any Participating Product from a Participating Retailer (“Qualifying Purchase”);

b) collect and retain a copy of the purchase receipt from the Qualifying Purchase;

c) by 11:59pm AEST 14th January 2022, visit www.arlopromotions.com.au (Australian residents) or www.arlopromotions.co.nz (New Zealand residents) using a compatible browser and fully complete and submit the online claim form, providing all details required, including but not limited to:

I. any requested information about the Participating Product and Qualifying Purchase (including product purchased, place of purchase, purchase date, product serial number, etc);

II. uploading a copy of the Purchase Receipt from the Qualifying Purchase (“Qualifying Purchase Receipt”) in an accepted file size/format;

III. any requested personal information (including first name, last name, mobile phone number, email address, suburb, state and postcode);

IV. indicate acceptance of these Terms and Conditions; and

V. participate in a three question customer survey.

How do I receive my cashback?

If your cashback claim is deemed valid (allow three business days for Validation), you will receive notification of approval via email. Then;

I. Australia: your digital VISA card will be delivered via email within approximately ten days. To read the full digital VISA card Terms and Conditions, go to https://truerewards.com.au/visa-gift-card-terms.

II. New Zealand: your physical VISA card will be sent to the delivery address provided within forty-five days. To read the full physical VISA card Terms and Conditions go to https://rewardscometrue.com.au/information/visa-tcs/.

What proof of purchase do I need?

A Qualifying Purchase Receipt must form part of a valid online claim. The Qualifying Purchase Receipt must clearly specify:

I. the Participating Product purchased;

II. the price of the Participating Product purchased;

III. the Participating Retailer of purchase;

IV. the purchase date;

V. the receipt number; and

VI. that payment for the Qualifying Purchase has been received in full.

How many times can I claim a cashback?

You may submit a limit one claim for one Participating Product across the Promotion.

I am having trouble entering the promotion, what could be wrong?

Ensure you have entered the correct information in all the fields on the entry form. If you have missed entering information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your entry. You will not be able to submit your entry until all information has been correctly entered.
